How is Pinch different from a typical medspa?

We’re a medspa without the medspa vibes (you know what we mean). For one, we only partner with board certified Nurse Practitioners. Secondly, we come to you–so no million-dollar leggings required ($5 ones are just fine). And last but not least, we don’t charge medspa prices (we don’t have to pay for physical locations).

Who are Pinch’s providers?

We take safety seriously. So we only work with highly vetted advanced practice registered nurses, aka Nurse Practitioners. In fact, we’re the only med spa that does. These expert healthcare professionals have undergone years of clinical schooling, and are trained in injectables by leading local cosmetic trainers. The scope of products & services is curated by Pinch with an eye on safety and efficacy, and all clinical oversight is provided by our own in-house physician team. In contrast, at most med spas, the credentials of providers varies and can be opaque, ranging from aestheticians to RN’s.

Can I book a group appointment for my partner, family or friends?

Yes! In fact, we’ve even named it, a “Pinch Party!”. To host, simply book a group appointment and you’ll receive a special link to share with your guests.  Friends have FOMO and want to join at the last minute? No problem. New clients can be added on-site. Just let your provider know so they come prepared. We also encourage your “tox curious” friends to join to see what it’s all about, even if they aren’t quite sure they want treatment.

How much does Pinch cost?

Pinch has no booking fee for coming to your home and our prices are on par or less than a traditional med spa (as we don’t have the overhead of paying for a waiting room).

Question 6

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my Pinch appointment?

Accepted Answer

We get it, things come up! You can cancel or reschedule at any time up to 24 hours before your appointment for free. If you need to reschedule an appointment and it’s within 24 hours, simply contact your provider directly.

If you need to cancel an individual appointment within 24 hours, your provider may charge you $100. If you cancel a group appointment within 24 hours, your provider may charge $200. Our providers can waive/cancel these fees on a case-by-case basis. All no-shows (where a provider arrives on the premises but there is no one present) will incur a $200 fee to cover the lost time.
