About Pinch

Hi, I’m Jacob. I’m a Chicago native, husband and father of three. In my professional life, I am a physician and surgeon.

I’m also a user of cosmetic injectables, as are my wife and many of our friends. I know firsthand the power of these products to increase one’s confidence and make people feel and look their best.

I’ll get right to the point. I started Pinch because I, like everyone I know, value my time. Especially when it feels like we have less of it every day.

The old way of doing things felt inefficient and impersonal. Calling to schedule an appointment. Driving to and from the medical office or spa. Getting stuck in traffic. Having the sitter come over to watch the kids. It wasn’t as convenient or personal as it should be.

I also noticed the rapidly growing demand for “in-home services,” especially after Covid. I figured if you can have food delivered to your home, and get a massage at home, all through an app, why not cosmetic and medical injectables too?

And that’s how I came up with the idea for Pinch.

We’ve been working hard to turn the idea of Pinch into a reality – and now it’s here.  And it’s available to you.

Our mission is to offer the highest level of service, ensure you get the best products and providers available, and save you time!

Whether you’re a regular user of injectables, or just beginning to consider preventative treatments to keep your skin looking great, we hope you’ll give Pinch a try. We know that you will love the convenience and quality!

Let us spoil you with an amazing concierge experience – on demand.

We’re excited to serve you!
